Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus we live in turbulent times. A year that started in full horticulture swing, now looks like a completely different era.

At Hoogendoorn Growth Management, we are monitoring the situation closely. Because the health and safety of our colleagues, customers and partners are our first concern, we have taken measures in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch National Institute for Health and Environment (RIVM) in order to prevent further spreading of the virus. Most importantly, we hope you and your loved ones are all in good health.

Our hearts go to all affected by the virus, whether you were infected yourself, or a family member. Our thoughts are also going to the floriculture sector, which is heavily affected by the lockdown situation. But we shouldn’t forget many other sectors, both within and outside of horticulture, also notice the major consequences of the virus outbreak.

During the past few weeks, we have focused on our employees. Everyone is working from home and we are all still in close contact with each other.
Of course we are there for our customers, partners and relations. We do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service in these turbulent times. Our colleagues are all still available via email and by phone. Also our helpdesk remains available 24/7 to support you where needed. Visits to projects abroad are not allowed by governmental regulations, but we are and remain in close contact with our customers and partners worldwide to support you. We have taken additional measures to optimize remote assistance.

Besides that, our consultancy department is available to support you upon request. We will continue our online training and consultancy activities. Also, our warehouse is open and currently the deliveries of materials do not suffer any limitations. Our stock is still more than sufficient to supply you with the parts necessary to continue your operations. Repairs can still be made as well, our workshop is open. If any of this changes in the future, we will of course inform you.

This way we hope to keep our colleagues, customers and partners safe and still provide you with the best possible service and support.
